A guided arc of intake, protocol, and follow-through, to read what your body is actually asking for, whatever you arrive with, and to live the answer.
Why people come
Digestion that turned on you. Sleep that does not hold. Anxiety or low mood that no longer matches the day. A skin condition, a hormonal shift, fatigue without an obvious cause. Some arrive while navigating something serious, a cancer diagnosis, a chronic illness, looking for support that works alongside their medical care. People come with very different things.
Ayurveda does not begin with the condition. It begins with the whole constitution, how your particular system is built and how it is moving right now. The symptom is read in that context, in you, rather than guessed at or generalized from a quiz. That is what a consultation is for.
What the work is
A full intake: your history, your current patterns, the observation and pulse that tell me how your constitution is moving right now. This is the heart of the work: the conversation where the body is read.
Diet, daily rhythm, practices, and herbs where indicated, documented so you can actually live it, not scribbled mid-session and lost by the weekend. Something you return to.
We adjust. What landed, what resisted, what your body did with the change. Protocols are living things; this is where yours gets refined to you.
We consolidate, and I hand the work back to you. The arc ends deliberately, not because you are finished, but because you no longer need me to hold it. You have it.
Who you are working with
I am Eve. A BSc in Ayurvedic Medicine from Manipal University, hospital internships in India, and three decades of practice, first in my own body, then in the bodies and lives of the people I work with. I do not teach what I have not lived.
A consultation with me is not a protocol pulled from a database. It is the application of a living science to the particular person in front of me. Where you are also under medical care, this works alongside it.
The consultation arc

Book your consultationThis is unhurried work. We move at the pace that preserves quality. If that is the relationship with your body you are ready for, the door is open.
