Ayurvedic Medicine · BSc · New York

Root-cause Ayurvedic care, practiced at clinical depth.

Comprehensive care for people who want their imbalance understood and addressed — not just their symptoms managed. Led by a degree-trained Ayurvedic practitioner.

Most wellness advice treats the surface. This practice works from agni, the channels, and the tissue chain outward, with longitudinal re-measurement at every phase. We begin with a short, no-cost conversation to see whether it's the right fit.

“Nidanam parivarjanam” — the avoidance of the cause is the first treatment.

Classical principle of Ayurvedic medicine

Training
BSc in Ayurvedic Medicine — among very few US practitioners at this credential level.
Method
Classical clinical assessment: agni, srotas, dhatu, and dosha — measured, not guessed.
Positioning
A New York complementary-wellness practice that coordinates with your existing care.
How the work unfolds

A phased clinical arc, with a review gate between each step.

The classical texts are unambiguous: nearly every imbalance traces back to a weakened digestive fire. Restore that, in sequence, and the body remembers how to do the rest.

01 — ASSESS

Comprehensive Assessment

A full evaluation of constitution, current imbalance, digestion, and the tissue chain. Your baseline.

02 — CORRECT

Corrective Phase

Clear what's obstructing — rekindle digestion and elimination before anything is built back up.

03 — CONSOLIDATE

Consolidation

Stabilize the gains. Deeper restorative and contemplative work begins once the system can hold it.

04 — MAINTAIN

Maintenance

Seasonal recalibration and longitudinal re-measurement to keep the balance you've earned.

You don't commit to the whole arc up front. Each phase opens only after the one before it — and only if the assessment shows it's clinically warranted. That's a deliberate ethical choice, not a sales structure.

Why this is different

The cause is treated before the symptom.

  • Sequence over speed.  Digestion and elimination are restored first; tonics and rejuvenation come only once the channels are clear.
  • Measured, then re-measured.  A structured baseline and re-assessment at each review point — so progress is observed, not assumed.
  • Diet and routine as primary medicine.  Daily rhythm and food are the main therapeutic levers, supported by herbs where indicated.
  • One cascade, not five problems.  Fatigue, sleep, weight, and mood are read as a connected chain rather than separate complaints.
Before you book

The questions worth answering first.

What happens on the Discovery Call?
A short, no-cost conversation to understand what you're dealing with and whether this practice is the right fit. There's no assessment or treatment on this call — it's where we decide together if the Comprehensive Assessment is the right next step.
Why can't I book the deeper sessions directly?
The corrective, consolidation, and maintenance work is only opened after the Comprehensive Assessment, because the assessment is what determines whether — and in what order — that work is appropriate. It would be neither clinical nor honest to sell those sessions before the evaluation exists.
Does this replace my doctor or therapist?
No. This is a complementary-wellness practice that coordinates with your existing medical and mental-health care rather than substituting for it. Deeper psychological and contemplative work is reserved for later phases, within a clearly defined scope.
What does the Comprehensive Assessment involve?
A thorough intake and evaluation of your constitution, current imbalance, digestion, elimination, and tissue health, producing a documented baseline and a phased plan. It's the premium foundation the rest of the work is built on, and it's paid in full at booking.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on your starting point — chiefly the state of your digestion and elimination. Rather than a fixed package sold upfront, you move phase by phase with an explicit review point between each, so the plan stays matched to what your body is actually doing.
Begin here

Start with a conversation, not a commitment.

Classical Ayurveda defines health not as the absence of symptoms, but as balanced digestion and tissues alongside a clear, contented mind. That fuller state is what the work aims at — and it begins with fifteen minutes to see whether this is the right fit.
