A Three-Month Ayurvedic & Tantric Initiation
For women ready to stop managing the symptoms of this passage — and start meeting it as the initiation it has always been.
The first fire was biology: menstruation, fertility, the creation of life.
The second fire is consciousness: wisdom, purpose, the creation of legacy.
Between them burns the hottest fire of all.
The story you were handed
The culture around you has one story about this time of life. It calls it menopause, and it frames it almost entirely as decline — a set of symptoms to suppress, a loss to grieve, a fading to slow down.
That story isn't wrong about the biology. The changes are real, and care for them matters. Modern medicine has genuine gifts here, and nothing in this work asks you to refuse them.
But the story is profoundly incomplete. It describes the doorway and misses the room beyond it. It can name the heat and the sleeplessness and the surfacing of old feeling — and it has almost no language for what those things might mean.
The Vedic sciences this work draws from have held that missing language for thousands of years. And when you have it, the same experience begins to look like something other than malfunction.
What the Vedic sciences hold
In the Vedic sciences, this transition has a name and a place of honour: Vanaprastha, the forest-dweller stage — understood as one of life's most significant initiations rather than its winding-down.
Within that framework, the experiences the modern story pathologises are read differently. Not as proof that something is going wrong — but as the marks of a system in profound reorganisation:
This is a framework for meaning, offered alongside — never instead of — the care of your doctor. You don't have to choose between the two. This work lives in the dimension medicine was never meant to address: what this passage is for.
What if, instead of only managing this passage, you completed the initiation it has always been?
What this is — and isn't
It isn't positive thinking, and it isn't self-help. It is an immersion in a living lineage — Ayurveda, Tantra, and Vedanta — drawn from a body of knowledge that colonisation and time scattered, and that takes real study to put back together.
For three decades I've worked with these sciences: the philosophy of the Bhagavad Gita and the Upanishads, the psychology of Ayurveda, and the contemplative practices designed for thresholds exactly like this one — breathwork, mantra, mudra, meditation, self-inquiry, and ceremony.
These practices are taught here as what they are within the Vedic sciences: contemplative and energetic disciplines with a long history of use, offered to support your nervous system and your spirit through a demanding passage. They are a complement to good medical care, not a replacement for it — and they ask something of you in return: your presence, and a willingness to look honestly at who you've been.
The arc
Three months, three movements — each building on the last. Concise daily practice, a weekly teaching, weekend immersions that carry the work into your real life, and a live group call.
By the end
A set of daily practices for rest, grounding, and ease that you can sustain for the rest of your life — and the confidence to keep using them long after the course ends.
Room to breathe outside "woman = youth + fertility," a clearer sense of who you are beneath the conditioning, and firmer ground to speak and set boundaries from.
A working sense of your dharma for the decades ahead, and a spiritual framework to navigate them — your role as elder and wisdom-keeper taking shape.
An experience of yourself as consciousness, not only changing flesh — and a felt connection to a long lineage of women's wisdom, with a personal practice that keeps it alive.
Honestly assessed
Your guide
I'm an Ayurvedic practitioner with a particular focus on Ayurvedic psychology, and I hold a BSc in Ayurvedic Medicine. For thirty years I've studied the Vedic sciences — not the simplified Western versions, but the deeper texts and practices as they're taught within the lineage.
I teach Tantra, Yoga, the Vedas, the Bhagavad Gita, and the Upanishads — not as separate subjects but as one integrated system for transformation. My own deepest turning came through the Gita; I know from the inside what it is to let a false self burn away and find something truer underneath.
I built Sattvika because I was tired of watching women move through one of life's great initiations with no map — handed only a story of decline. I've spent three decades putting the older map back together. Not to make it pretty or palatable, but to make it usable.
This isn't therapy and it isn't self-help. It's initiation — and I've walked it myself. Now I'd be honoured to witness yours.

Book a call with Eve →In their words
"The symptoms eased over the weeks, and that mattered. But the real change was deeper — I finally know who I am and what I'm here to do. I'm 52 and I feel like my life is just beginning."
"The practices steadied me in a way I hadn't felt in a long time. And Eve's teaching on the Bhagavad Gita changed how I see myself entirely. I'm not terrified of aging anymore — I'm curious about it."
"I came in exhausted and skeptical. What I found was a framework that finally made sense of what I was going through — and a community of women who understood it without me having to explain."
Individual experiences vary. These reflect personal experiences and are not a promise of any particular result.
Questions women ask
The real question
You have decades ahead of you. You can spend the next three months trying to stay who you were — or becoming who you actually are.
This passage is happening either way. The invitation is simply to meet it consciously, with company and a map.
