First live cohort, this fall
Heal
Yourself
with Ayurvedic Psychology
A small live cohort gathering on Zoom this fall — twelve participants, four to six weeks, and the slow work of remembering who you are.

There is the day, and there is the season.
Lakeside Alchemy is a day. A door. A clearing in the woods you walk into for six hours and walk out of, marked by what you met.
Heal Yourself is what comes after the clearing. The slower work of integration. The longer container that holds you while what was loosened actually moves. The circle of twelve who walk it with you, week by week, in real time.
This is the live cohort version of Heal Yourself with Ayurvedic Psychology — Eve's deepest body of teaching, drawn from Vedic philosophy, Ayurvedic Psychology, and Tantric tradition. It will gather on Zoom this fall in a small, capped circle of twelve.
Dates, length, and investment are being shaped now. The waitlist is how we find each other first.

For whom
You may belong here
- You are ready for a longer walk than a single day allows — the integration that comes from returning, week after week, to the same small circle.
- You have done some of this work already, in your own way, and want a held container for what you cannot finish alone.
- You are drawn to live, real-time presence over self-paced video — and you understand why that distinction matters.
- You are curious about Vedic, Ayurvedic, and Tantric methods as the lineages they actually are, not as wellness branding.
- You can hold confidentiality for the others in the circle, as they will hold it for you.
